At Glen Ivy! I finally used my $15o of gift certificates and it was fabulous! Maggie, Kelli and I went to the Glen Ivy in Corona with all the amenities to get the full experience: mud bath, mineral bath, spas, massage, laying out and cafe. It was terrific. What a great way to relax and rejuvenate!
are some of my favorite things. Sunsets, silhouettes with trees, clouds.. and so on. So, I was going through photos recently and found a few i felt like posting.

In other (very sad) news; It's A Grind on Imperial and Bastanchury is now closed. I am seriously depressed about this. I love IAG and that one had a fire place.. I was looking forward to that this fall. I am going to own a coffee house someday so I don't have to keep facing this problem of too many corporate places and not enough unique, great atmosphere and great taste places. Take a moment of silence with me to remember my favorite It's A Grind.
To Arrowhead last week was fabulous. Plenty of time to relax, read, hike, take photos, eat and enjoy people. Tim and I have been planning to go since novemberish so it was about time!
Splurging on food included high end root beer and lucky charms.
I am really blessed to have had the time to get away and hang out with my high schoolers for a week. I didn't go to summer camp with them last year so it was great. We went to San Jose then to Monterey - hit the aquarium and then straight to Spirit West Coast (a 3 day concert event). It was different for a camp but lots of great time to get to know people!

Best part was probably dinner/the whole last night. Sean made dinner by being hilarious and I was blessed by great conversations and prayer time.
These same digit wedding dates are pretty popular. People are already planning for 090909. Do you think people will still go for a wedding date of 11/11/11, for instance when it is during the week?
Anyway, I had a full but great weekend of shooting for/with Joel. He is great to work with and learn from. Here are some photos from the day:
